A Little About the New Empire Lines
In 2006, Doris Mixon's Fashion Boulevard factory took me on as a client and now produces my Empire line! After three years of sewing the lines by hand, this has been a dream come true. I design each piece and hand select each fabric and trim, send it over to the factory and they send back the finished product. From there I either send it out as is or I add little details like rhinestones or iron-ons and hand finish the items.
The Ordering Process
The opening of a new salesroom can be like a Barney's trunk sale and it's easy to get trampled! Veterans know to get in and get out with what you like fast. This way your treasured item doesn't sell out while you're still perusing the racks! You can always come back and order some more. I keep the salesroom open for 3-7 days and then stop all ordering on new items. Items that I have found I have extras of will be placed on the "Extras" page (http://www.halorepaints.com/images/salesroom.php). Generally, I don't order extras from the factory. Once the final order is placed, that is that, so if you find something you can't live without, I suggest you pick it up! All payment is due up front as I need to pay for the factory costs up front. If the item has no price and says SOLD OUT then it can't be ordered.
Please understand that a salesroom opening is a pre-order process. Once ordering is done, I give the factory the number of items to make. Then they produce them, ship them to me and I turn around and ship them to you. This way more people are ensured to get the items they want.

After actual samples are shown, product should be produced between 8-12 weeks. It could be sooner than that but I'll err on the side of caution. If you have pre-ordered and there are any major delays I will update this site to let you know when your item(s) will be available.
The included shipping costs on your invoices covers cost of shipping, delivery confirmation and packing materials. It does not include insurance. If you would like to insure your package, it will be an additional $2 and you must let me know that you have included this in your payment. If you are overseas and would like insurance/delivery confirmation then the cost will be done on an individual basis. Again, you must let me know that this is what you want. Otherwise I am not responsible for missing packages. Each and every order is not only checked off, but now also photographed to make sure all items are included. This is for both you and me :)
Production materials may differ slightly than samples shown. Every precaution is taken to use non-staining materials. Most questionable material is either lined or pre-washed but nothing can be guaranteed.
